After bagging this year’s award as the country’s Best Police Provincial Office, the Cotabato Police Provincial Office (CPPO) has added another feather on its cap as the festivities in line with the province’s 105th foundation anniversary which commenced on August 26 and culminated on September 1 went well and orderly.
CPPO Provincial Director Police Coronel Maximo Layugan, who was applauded during the Provincial Peace and Order Council (PPOC) Meeting held September 4 at the capitol rooftop, announced the happy news regarding the foundation celebration.
“Kalivungan 2019 was generally peaceful”, the good officer reported as guests and other members of the PPOC recognized the aforementioned accomplishment with a deafening round of applause.
Vice Governor and now Acting Governor, Honorable Emmylou”Lala” Taliño-Mendoza has earlier thanked the CPPO for their effort in making the weeklong festivities successful and was also quick to recognize CPPO’s feat as this year’s national awardee for Best CPPO.//ozg\\
