Speaking before provincial employees in this morning’s weekly convocation at the provincial gymnasium, Amas, Kidapawan City, Cotabato Provincial Administrator Basilio E. Obello Jr., MRED assured provincial employees of his support as he urged them to cooperate and work together to build or strengthen teamwork in their work places.
PA Obello emphasized that no matter how lowly one’s job is, his or her contribution in the overall performance of the provincial government is vital and each one counts.
On the same note, PA Obello also challenged the department heads to be responsible for and accountable of each employee under them. This way, “we do not condemn those who made mistakes but instead help them redeem themselves if they want to,” he stressed.
“Our new governor envisions a province where sustainable peace and development reign. Let us unite in translating this vision into actual results through improved health service, responsive agricultural programs and the much anticipated operationalization of the Central Mindanao Airport,” Obello concluded.
